一、
In November of 2003, Da Hua Electric Co.,Ltd through the experts’ evaluation base on its excellent R&D ability, perfect testing and inspecting methods, rational manage mode, and authorized to build up “Shunde District Metallized Film Capacitor Project Technology R&D Center”. The R&D center base on Da Hua Electric Co.,Ltd current R&D organization, and partly patroned by city government and become the only metallized film capacitor project technology R&D center patroned by government till now.
The center organized by Director’s Responsibility System, set up director and vice director each one, and divided into design department, workmanship department, testing department and material department, each department have 5 to 8 technicians. Among the technicians, middle and high ranking class engineer have 12, every department divided work clearly, and has clear aim and responsiblility.
二、Testing Ability of Center
Now the R&D center have 4 product durability testing equipments: including three discontinuous durability testing equipments(among is one direct-current discontinuous durability testing equipment) :one low and high temperature impact experiment equipment with load(temperature range from –40℃--+100℃).The highest testing voltage is exchange 3000V, the largest testing capacitance is 3000uF. Except that, the center have product voltage-withstand breakage machine, burning wire testing machine, projection equipment, auto-medium oil voltage-withstand testing machine, refrigerate testing case, ball-pressure testing machine, Xilin electric bridge testing machine and so on, we still has built the product noise monitor room, the lowest background noise is 26 decibel, base in above conditions, we possess the synthetical testing and analyse ability.
Responsibility of Center
1.Improve the technology percent in product and reinforce the competitive ability.
2.Training many more professional excellent technicians of metallized film capacitor production.
3.Increase the ability of forming complete capacitor of local companies and shorten the cycle of its new product research and development.
4.Research and develop Independent intellectual property right new products.
